PropSpeed is a foul-release coating system designed specifically to protect marine propellers and underwater running gear from marine growth. PropSpeed is a biocide-free, silicone-based coating system that creates an extremely smooth, low-friction surface. Rather than poisoning marine life like traditional antifouling paints, it prevents growth from firmly attaching to the surface.

How it works

• Uses a two-part system: an etching primer followed by a clear silicone topcoat

• Creates a slick surface that barnacles, algae, and slime can’t grip

• Any light growth that does occur is typically washed away when the boat is underway
